I finally watched that Nigel Latta thing on sugar. Unfortunately tvone on demand died 30 minutes in to it, but its on youtube....shouldda gone there first. It was a great watch, very interesting, and whilst I didnt learn a lot new to me, its a good reminder to watch how much sugar we are consuming. Perhaps the biggest thing for me was that a 600ml bottle of coke is considered 1 serving, and it contains 5 days worth of sugar for a child!!!
