I find it a huge enigma, wrapped in a riddle, surrounded by mystery that after deserting in Afghanistan, PFC Bowe Bergdahl, US Army, AFTER he was known to have lain down his arms and deserted his post in a war zone, was PROMOTED by the US Army in absentia, to the rank of Sergeant (yes, there is a wad of cash consisting of five years back pay to be awarded to this man) and before he steps on US soil, the Secretary of Defense, no less, announces that he he will not be arrested or prosecuted. Further, it appears that Sergeant Bergdahl was training in the(Taliban) Pushtan Afghan Tribal language by the military. Just as an example, Lee Harvey Oswald was in the US Marines and he applied for a hardship discharge from his duty post at a Japanese US Air Force Base where he was an air traffic controller trained in the Russian language by the military. Yes, I said that right, Oswald was a US Marine Air Traffic Controller at an Air Force Base in Japan (the USAF obviously needed help from the US Marines for air traffic control purposes?) where all the U-2 Spy planes that overflew Red China and Russian Siberia were permanently based. Granting his hardship discharge from the US Marines to be with his mother, Oswald took his last $245.00 military paycheck and obtained a $1,500.00 passage to Finland, where he entered the Soviet Union and after telling the US Embassy in Moscow that he was revoking his US citizenship and intended to defect he was placed by the Soviets in Minsk where he married a KGB Colonels niece. Then after a couple of years, Oswald returns to the US Embassy where he revoked his US citizenship and applied for a new US Passport and a visa for his Russian wife at the height of the cold war. The US Embassy gives him a US Passport and grants a visa to his Russian wife, and a nonprofit Soviet American Friendship Committee CIA front corporation pays for Mr. and Mrs. Oswald to return to the USA, where Oswald as a returned defector (during his USMC inactive reserve military obligation) was never prosecuted for aiding and abetting the Russians by betraying the USAF U-2 spy plane program, leading to the shooting down and arrest of Colonel Francis Gary Powers USAF (Ret.) as a CIA contract spy plane pilot after he retired from the US Air Force. When Oswald returned to the USA, his first job was as a paid informant for the FBI, and also he acquired a job at a defense contractor making maps for the Pentagon in a position that required a security clearance, an easy job for a cold war defector to land. After that, Oswald worked for a Private Detective Agency in New Orleans, where his Fair Play for Cuba Committee was at the Private Detective Agencys address. Guy Bannister, the private detective, was a retired FBI Special Agent,In Charge of the Chicago IL office, and before that, he was in US Naval Intelligence. Bannister and Oswald were both spies. When Oswald worked for $1.25 an hour at the Texas School Book Depository Building his wife Marina and child lived in a house in Irving, TX, and Oswald kept a separate apartment in the Oak Cliffs section of Dallas -- on $1.25 an hour he floated two households! Both Oswald and Bergdahl were never prosecuted by the military for obvious criminal acts. Both Oswald and Bergdahl were trained in the language where they would leave American jurisdiction and disappear for awhile. Bergdahl was promoted two ranks in absentia, and Oswald was issued a duplicate US Navy ID Card AFTER he was dishonorably discharged from the US Marines -- he lost his military ID card and it was mailed to the Pentagon when the US Post Office put its circular seal on the reverse side of his military ID card, showing a date AFTER his dishonorable discharge. Oswaldss military ID was in his wallet when he was arrested by the Dallas Police on Nov. 22, 1963. The US Government negotiated the release of USAF Colonel Frances Gary Powers and also Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl, US Army, from their captors, exchanging valuable prisoners to obtain the release of the American prisoners. It appears, that it is as likely as not, that both Oswald and Bergdahl may have been agents of Military Intelligence. How else do you explain the huge enigma, wrapped in a riddle, surrounded by mystery that demonstrates that in time of war, the truth is so precious that it is always surrounded by a body guard of lies. Ya think? Its a mystery. Why not believe what the paid liars in the White House tell us all of the time; or, to be polite, at least some of the time?
