I find it frustrating that people are getting upset about the court case over the hotly debated Innocence of Muslims video. There is a debate going on over the video saying that because Google ordered the video to be removed from YouTube it violated the first amendment. And some Christian supporters are saying that if the same thing happened but Christians (not Muslims) were portrayed in a dark light, their wouldnt have been a court case. However, if anyone actually attempted to do reading, they would have noticed that the reason the court case got brought up, is because the plaintiff, Mrs. Garcia discovered that in the YouTube video, the creator actually stole a piece of her copyrighted equipment, dubbed it, and used it in the video. This is why the court case got brought up. Maybe instead of thinking that your first amendment got stolen by a religion that you dont like, you might want to look at the fact that this innocent women was duped and suffered emotional damage because you wanted to slander a group of people. Rant done.
