I find it hard to tolerate incompetence but then to lie...I take a day off work to take Nick for X-rays and ultrasounds only to get there and hes only booked in for X-rays, I made the appointment less than 2 weeks ago, face to face, the receptionist informs me that the appointment wasnt copied over properly she was the one who made the appointment for me which she denied....ah love Im not stupid I know who I made the appointment with!!!! So we sit and wait to have the X-rays done, after a while she comes over and says shes cancelled the X-rays!!! Now I have to take another day off in 2 weeks time because of course they have no appointments after school!!!! Wont I be popular at work now because of someone elses stupidity!!!
