I find it interesting that Yoplait is making such a huge deal out of the fact that they have taken the aspartame out of Yoplait Light due to the comments, concerns, emails, etc from consumers. So what do they do? Replace it with another artificial sweetener- Sucralose aka Splenda. Ugh. Consumers need to wake up and readjust their taste buds! Since most people wont make their own yogurt, best to buy a good unflavored Greek yogurt and add honey, fruit, sugar or the syrup of your choice. Our favorite is Fage Total 0% unflavored Greek yogurt, although I do admit to buying their Fruyo vanilla occasionally. :) usa.fage.eu/
