I find it quite interesting about Liberia that people who do not live here or pay taxes here would surface during elections and want to be President, senator and representative. In fact we appoint people to positions straight from the US when they have no home here - their children do not live here - and when they are dismissed they return to the US. Split loyalty and many are incline to just grab and go and bring no special skills to the table. Come home and let us muddy our hands here. Many patriotic Liberians have abandoned the niceties of the US and other countries brought their families home and are contributing in business, academia and other useful ways.
