I find it very funny that PDP says that if it goes with BJP it can build pressure on central government to transfer the power projects back to the state.The funny part is Mufti Sahab has been Ex CM of the state but he never found out that the Power Projects of NHPC in J&K are illegally functioning but as a common man I used RTI to bring to the surface the illegality of NHPC. Was it so tough for Mufti Sahab to find that out? But I still welcome his words if concrete steps are took and it is not something which is said to justify his idea of PDP-BJP coalition. If Mufti Sahab has woke up against NHPC then I wish to alarm him about more things:- 1) Our trade routes have been closed for many decades and these routes include the worlds oldest trade route The Silk Route and if these routes are reopened it will pump billions of dollars into the states economy. 2) On account of Indus Water Treaty the state annually looses 60 billion Indian rupees (US$1.3 billion) because by virtue of Indus Water Treaty Kashmir cannot store water for generating electricity or for irrigation purposes.J&K must be given Royalty to reduce its annual loss. 3) Article 370 was the legal obligation to be filled by India on account of which J&K joined the Dominion of India. This Article 370 is not in its original form. So, it must be restored in original form.
