PF MISSING BOY FINDS THERE 14 YEARS # Located The PF, in cooperation with the Police France, managed to locate Matthew Francisco da Silva Breganha, missing in Rio de Janeiro, on September 11, 1999, when he was four years old, being taken maternal grandmother by the father. After an exchange of information between Brazilian and French police and representations made in the two countries, Matthew was found in the last day April 16, in the city of Cayenne in French Guiana, residing with fathers family. The boy, now 18, received a new one after it has been taken from Brazil. An important tool that Police was used to broadcast Yellow Interpol ( interpol.int/notice/search/ missing), which is a record for international people missing. This was the 39th successful case of international humanitarian location missing persons promoted by the Federal Police in 2014
