I find lately that everyone uses this site as an opportunity to say something rude anonymously, and kind of forgets theres a real person at the other end who is going to read it, and it will probably hurt their feelings. So Id like to send out a positive message. If you failed a test today, it doesnt decrease your value as a human being. If you make a mistake, you are still worthy of love and respect. If you are stressed and anxious about school or work, family, or whatever else it may be... Allow yourself to do something you enjoy. Sometimes one more hour of sleep is more important than one more hour of studying. If you need to sit in your pajamas all day and watch netflix and eat comfort food, do it. Dont forget to take care of yourselves. Dont forget how important you are, just because youre you. :)
