I find myself today reading an article about how a person on welfare today can and does, in 5 states, make up to $15 an hour. Now mind you that is now 2x minimum wage. And then I come to think about this. I personally make about $15 an hour. And every day I go to work with the potential to be drug tested. And yet the courts have decided that it is an invasion of privacy to drug test welfare recipients, who get their income from the exact same place I do. So, I challenge anyone this: Justify why people who receive their income from the Government should not be considered employees of the Government, pay taxes on that income, and take random urinalysis like any other Government employee?
