Grand Turk, the official capital of the Turks & Caicos is inhabited by 3,700 people, and probably just as many wandering, feral donkeys, dogs, cats and goats. I realized quickly that my best use was helping Peter, a volunteer and trapping specialist, to round up and collect as many dogs and cats as we could for the visiting vet team to spay/neuter.
