I focused on RECRUITING THE GLUTES this morning! Give this sequence a try! Yes, this does involve some Yoga/PiYo type moves...but dont let that deter you from giving Yoga a try, if youve never done it before. Its amazing what you can do with your own body weight, to activate, recruit, and tone specific muscles! Step out of your comfort zone, and give it a try. If you fall, thats ok! Get back up and try again! I guarantee your body and mind will benefit from the experience Happy Hump Day!!! FYI- Ive included a great article in the comments section, on Recruiting the Glutes using Yoga type exercises!
