I found Only one Business is Agriculture where Profit is 200% within 3-4 months after all Expense if there is no Natural Calamity. So, Farming is much better Occupation compare to Job and Profession because in a session of 3-4 month crop a farmer will work only for 15-20 days. But there are huge risk on firming, so government should take these below action to promote farmer for farming. 1. Register a farmer as Farming Business (Macro, Small, Medium and Large Scale) as MCA registering Company. 2. Government should provide 110% Insurance on Crop loss for any natural calamity. 3. A Special Task Force Which will promote youth to choose farming as A Profitable Occupation. 4. Sufficient Storage Facility, which help Farmer to store their Crop and Government should fix a Price and No one can purchase less than the Government Price at any Cost. Every panchayat Should have a Storage facility. It will help to control inflation as well as Farmer will get actual cost of their crop. Few days ago, Onion Kg was Rs: 100/- but who got its benefit. Only Trader but Farmer are suiciding becuz of poor pricing. 5. Now we have all latest technology but yet it hasn’t reached to farmer .. Government should take some initiative to avail more and more farmer use these technology. 6. Government should bring a Farm Labour under MGNREGA and Government should provide an Insurance and pension Plan for Farmer and Labour working on Farming Sector. 7. government should take a Farming Cess in Service tax which will invest for betterment of Farmer .. because Everyone need food and food maker should get some social benefit. If Service receiver giving Education Cess for Future India why not Farming Cess for own Belly. 8. Chemical Fertilizer are very costly and not good for Health of farming Land .. So Government should provide Infrastructure to Farmer for ’Plan Farming’ ( Cattle, Agro, Hatcheyr in one Place ) 9. Zero Interest rate on Agro Loan 10. Water and Electricity availability is must. 11. I have studied One thing, why farmer are not benefiting from farming ? answer is very simple, as a Company employee I am working 9 hour daily up to 270 days but Many farmer are working just for One Session and let the Land empty for other 7-8 month. If we work for three 4-5 month and take leave for 7-8 month our condition also be like this .. So, a Good farmer should not let the Land Empty. 12. Government should care for the future of Farmer and their family member. how their child get proper education, how farmer promote his/her child to choose farming as a career .. 13. More empowerment to Agriculture Institute and Toll free Farming Help Center. 14. Farmer Should not Suicide .. A farmer Complaint center should establish .. if a Farmer has any problem , he/she can complain their .. Government should find a solution to help this Farmer .. (it doesn’t mean, government only listen when a group of farmer complaint but Government should listen if an Individual farmer making any complaint or informing his/her difficulties ) At any cost no farmer should die .. if feeder will die, how will we survive .
