I found the right physical therapist. My recovery is going to be longer than what I hoped for but that is due to type of injury I had. I picked the one with the longest recovery time frame. Allografts take longer to heal but the long term success rate is the highest. On the good side I will be better than I was before I got hurt. I told them my goal is to return to Karate and to be able to perform all the moves without risk or reinjury. It will take a while but I will achieve it. I already have full extension and 90% flexion so that is a great start. Thank you in advance to all those of you who will push me and encourage me to succeed.
