I generally dont post things about wkg out, but when its funny, I share...While doing toes to bar on our pull-up bar, I abruptly let go in the middle of a rep as my callus on my now man hands begins to rip from my palms...Kennedy notices as shes rope climbing in our yard and says: Mommy, did your hands rip? I call that the Hurt stage. Your skin will come off of your hands, and you wont be able to do anymore pull-ups, and when you shower it burns; but then, it grows back hard and you can do MILLIONS of pull-ups! WELCOME TO ME AND MICHAELS WORLD! And THATS the motivation of an 8 year old!!
