I get asked all the time, about why/how your computer got infected. I cant say for sure what you did wrong, but I have a pretty good feeling it had something to do with you looking up ways to get something for free, or downloading a free program, to convert, something you need to convert from this to that. Nothing is free on the internet, and if it says it is free, it is going to install some other stuff that you dont want along with the free stuff. That other stuff, is probably the main cause of your computer problems. If you ever have questions like that, call me, text me, email me, dont just download something because it says it is free. I can point you in the right direction, or convert whatever file types you need. 243-9545 is my number. Question me first, before you do anything that you may regret later. Questions are FREE. Infecting your computer with spyware is not.
