I get texts from my smart saying i owe this amount when i go over my credit limit wich is 2k a month they tell me to pay how much i went over for my usage and pay within certain date. And my credit limit was raised to 8k. Than i go to the smart center and pay what ever my bill is that says in my text ànd in the system to reconnect my phone so can i have the whole bill to pay for my reconnection they give me half and not saying the whole amont now is that right when you ask for a bill to be paid in full and they just give what you should pay to reconnect your line. Now my bill was for this month is 2.567 pesos they cut it and when i called up the customer service center and tell them i get my texts that you have pay this amount at any smart hub center near you thanks. So now i talk to customer service why my phone was cut they said i have an oustanding balance of 8k than i said huh wtf when i paid my bill last month i said to the customer service that i went to the smart center to the cashier and said how much is my bill and she said 5.500 pesos. Now tell me if this is ryt they only tell you at the smart center your partial payment but when they cut my line i called customer service and they say a different amount i got pissed and said what the use of paying my bill in full when i ask the cashier how much i owe to reconect they dont give the full amont and just give u partial payment and through text WTF now i understand when im there the customers are always arguing with them cause they dont give you the full amount to what you owe and they only give u partial. That is such a hustle there system is not ryt. The customers will always be ryt thats why they call it a system. Thats why you go to training you listeng to the customers whto reconect yor think about this when your at restaraunt and you ask for your bill are they gonna give you partial of your bill
