I got a call today from a good friends sister. She said her brother Paul was in the hospital and not doing well. She said his fight with cancer is ending and he only has a few days. I went to see him this evening and I really expected the worse and that is what I got. So frail and weak. I have known him since I was about 10. He is 57, 2 years younger than me. He knew who I was but could not hardly talk. I held his hand and acted strong and we said a prayer together, When i left I thought it was a mistake to have went and seen him. I spoke to his family about 15 of them at the hospital and i knew I did the right thing. He had built me a foot stool 20 years ago and i came home and took it outside and sat down and put my feet on it. You know I love that guy.
