I got a call tonight from a man who wanted to see a $400,000 listing. First of all he told me hes tired of hearing his wife ask him to see this house. After talking a little while more he said that he wouldnt pay over $240,000 for this house. I told him the seller rejected an offer of over $300,000 last week. So then I asked him if he had a pre-qualification letter and I can show him some other houses. He told me he shouldnt need one of those to see the house which by the way someone is living in. #nice...
