I got a chance to attend a training program on Results Framework Management System (RFMS) conducted by Performance Management Division (PMD) of Cabinet Secretariat, Govt. of India at New Delhi. The training was basically to make you understand how to prepare Results Framework Document (RFD), which is basically an attempt of the Govt. of India to make the system transparent and make the govt. servants accountable for their work and duties. Every ministry, Dept., organisation have to submit their annual plan with their own success indicators at the beginning of Financial year and have to submit achievements every month which in tunr is evaluated by experts. This is really a beginning of new work culture in Govt. I hope you would not leave this video in the middle. Sri Prajapati Trivedi, Secretary, PMD, Cabinet Secretariat, Govt. of India is very impressive. Just go through it-
