I got a really stupid question to ask but I always have my wonderful friends to advise. If a huge tree is in my neighbors yard and the leaves are invading my property, should my neighbor be the one to rake the leaves in my yard? I have to rake and then at night I would sneak and dump in their yard as they dont seem to care about other people feeling? I meant if the tree fell and part of it destroyed our yard, I would split the fee but should the owner of the tree be responsible too? I just get this feeling and I do not get close to any neighbors just saying GM or GE as I dont trust them and it is not them but my bad exp with former neighbor in another town. What you all think?
