I got annoyed when a man refer the disagreement between two women to cat fight. So the disagreement between two men are dog fight? There is a saying that after men fought, they become better friends as if it is different for women. However a lot of my female friends and I form strongest bonds through disagreements. Because No. 1, you pick the right friends. The right friends are the ones that will disagree with you but thinking in your best benefit. The right friends will stick with you through ups and downs. The right friends are the ones happy for your accomplishments, not jealous towards. The right friends trust you and know that you will always have their best interest in mind. Many people ask me how it is like to be working so closely with women co-founders. My answer is that it has been awesome. Im lucky that I have never been in a cat fight. It takes two cats to be in a cat-fight. Im not a cat, and I am working with the most amazing, logical, understanding, and talented women. We simply dont have time for cat-fight.
