Before proceed to my video, pls spend a few mins understanding what ALS is about - Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), often referred to as Lou Gehrigs Disease, is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. When the motor neurons die, the ability of the brain to initiate and control muscle movement is lost. With voluntary muscle action progressively affected, patients in the later stages of the disease may become totally paralyzed and eventually lead to death. 肌萎縮性脊髓側索硬化症, 又稱肌萎缩侧索硬化症，俗稱為漸凍人症（因从患病开始，患者身体会慢慢无法运动，犹如被渐渐冻结，故名）是一個漸進和致命的神经退行性疾病。起因是中樞神經系統內控制骨骼肌的運動神經元退化所致，在不能運作的情況下，肌肉會逐漸衰弱、萎縮。 最後，大腦完全喪失控制隨意運動的能力，甚至導致死亡。
