I got out of the army in 2011 (5th Brigade 2nd Infantry Division) - TopicsExpress

I got out of the army in 2011 (5th Brigade 2nd Infantry Division) and became a freelance audio engineer, producer, and musician. It was alright. Good money. Had everything I thought I wanted and needed, but I kept feeling suicidal. Everyday. Constantly. The stress, guilt, and depression was unbearable. I was institutionalized three times and almost a fourth time. I was diagnosed with PTSD, Bipolar Mix Disorder, ADD, and Sensory Seizures. In 2013 I sold everything I had and rode a bike through Tennessee, DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, and New Mexico. Felt like Id just had enough and went back home. About a year later (August 2014) I sold everything I had AGAIN and left Northwest Tennessee. I rode through Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida. When I was in Florida I decided to ride up to Alaska for mental health awareness because I suffer from ptsd, bipolar, ADD and sensory seizures; and it helps me (so why not spread the word?). I left Florida on October 1st, went through Alabama, Georgia, East Tennessee, Kentucky, Northwest Tennessee again (celebrate Thanksgiving with the family), and since leaving there on December 15, 2014, Ive ridden through Tennessee, Arkansas, Texas, and New Mexico. When I reach Alaska I planned on living there.. But Ive met a very special someone lol so well see how that plays out. Regardless of that, after this Ill return to audio engineering, music production, and writing :) Along with exercising daily whether I feel like it or not! Any other questions? lol
