I got the number 11 (thanks Jeff Baker) Eleven things you may, or may not, know about me: 1- I grew up playing around (and sometimes in) the swamps around here. 2- I loved reading Nancy Drew, Hardy Boys, and The Black Stallion series. 3- I love snuggling in with my Yankee Candles lit, during storms and rainy days, and snowy days in Winter. 4- I climbed most of the Presidential mts. in New Hampshire, Mt. Washington twice, the second time, descending the cog railway slope and walking across the steep and slippery Jacobs Ladder trestle...yikes! 5- Was a member of the Episcopalian church for 40+ years, and sang in a Christian folk group called, The Way. Also sang a bit in my husbands band, at clubs and weddings. 6- I had a gray Arabian gelding named Ishara (omen), and I rode hunt seat for most of my childhood. 7- I adore the old, B&W classic movies. 8- Loved the years when my folks had an A-frame in Vermont, and I got to know and love the flora and fauna around there. 9- My taste in music is totally eclectic, which you probably already know. 10-I am very interested in amateur science, or however much I can comprehend, and I read Scientific American & Discover magazines. A major reason why Im a non-theist, now. 11-I have a thing for colorful and funky socks, and have a collection of them. Let me know, and Ill give you a number. : ]
