I guess Scotland head coach Richard Bailey has been tired of hearing people complain about his predictable offensive playcalling. Firday against New Hanover, Bailey unleashed an ariel attack that seemed to catch New Hanover off guard. Quarterback Dashaun Ferguson came out throwing early. And before you knew it, the Scots held a 35-7 lead. Ferguson tossed two touchdowns and ran for two. Willie Douglas snared in two and Randy Leak grabbed one to lead the Scotland attack in the 49-21 win. Quadrin Williams scored from nine yards out and quarterback Jaleel McLean ran a touchdown and threw for one in a balanced Scotland offense. The Scots have next week off and will return to action October 3 at Goldsboro.
