I guess first Leeds dont know how to effectively respond to criticism from paying customers... On Tuesday at 12:22 (the timestamp confirms this) I complained to first leeds via their website due to them not providing a scheduled service at 9am on both Monday and Tuesday which resulted in me being late to work 2 days in a row. Their response is laughable. The fire that started 7 hours after I complained allegedly caused the delays! Do their buses have the ability to dip in and out of the space-time continuum whenever they deem fit, or were first leeds somehow involved in starting the fire which resulted in not being able to run a service 35 hours before the fire brigade were called to the scene? Ill save my witty response until I have their (hopefully) honest reply.
