I guess there is a post that says there is no bravery in the no make-up selfies. For me personally I would have to disagree a little bit. I had no idea this thing started for breast cancer awareness. I thought it was just a simple post to see if you could put your picture out there with flaws in all. Im truly sorry for those who have cancer and are going through the battle of their lifetime, I send prayers to all. However, many of us who are relatively healthy so to speak still have battles of our own. Sure theyre not life or death but still our own worries and doubts about our physical appearances. Whether it be your weight, bad teeth, bad skin, pimples... (Like me), big forehead, pointy nose, balding, chin hair, four eyes... What ever the case, many of us are all a little timid about putting out selfies out there for all to see us with nothing to hide behind. I have struggled for years with acne and usually put coverup on when I go out in public, and I certainly never put a selfie of me showing off my newly inflamed breakouts but today I did. I did it to prove a point... I dont care what others may say about it because I have a wonderful husband, children, family, and friends who love me regardless of what blemishes I may have. So I say keep on posting away your natural beauty but just be respectful and keep it clean! God bless
