I had a 500-600 pound steel grate with steel plate fall while I was welding under it today at work. I got out from under it except where the corner hit my back and scratched my shoulder. It threw me a good ways into a C clamp that was holding plate to another grate. It threw me down n it into my ribs. I got a broken nose and severely bruised ribs on both sides a sprained wrist and the big scratch. God was looking out for me today. It dropped on cement, if I hadnt been hit and thrown to the side it could have hurt me real bad. What a day.
