I had a BLAST today because I got to help some kids in the Make a Wish Foundation by competing in what I love doing. Power Lifting. I havent competed since 1999. I saw some old Friends Ryan Strahler and my workout buddy Shawn Knight, and made some new friends like Justin Nock. I weighed 207lbs and came in 2nd Place. I miscalculated my lifts and started too light. I did 315lbs for my 1st lift, 350lbs for my 2nd lift and 390 for my last lift. I should have did 365lbs for my 1st lift, 390lbs for my 2nd lift and then 425lbs for my last lift to win. Because of my miscalculation, the big guy weighing 220lbs in all black holding the trophy won with a 425lbs bench press. Either way, Im happy for him and grateful for him pushing me. I actually thought my days of competing were over because of the pain I had in my lower back, elbows and shoulders from all the years of football, lifting and martial arts. But thanks to one product, Limitless by Evolv, IM BAAAACK!! It feels good to be Iron Man again in BEAST MODE. If you have some sort of pain or inflammatory issue, research Limitless on shaneenglish.myevolv and FEEL HOW GOOD IT MAKES YOU FEEL.
