I had a GREAT time at our Im Not a Dirty Hippie (or a Dirty Dog!) DIY Fundraiser today for The Pet Connection (Official) and the various rescues and individual dogs they support and promote. It was my first time doing something like this and I think it went pretty good. I would appreciate feedback to help me plan the next one - I definitely want to do this again! So please let me or Melody Kelso know what you thought of the event itself and the products we made together :-) Thank you to: Stacey Keller Bequette for opening up her home, helping set up and doing all the hard clean up work afterward. Susanna Pearson for being my assistant and bringing booze. Melody Kelso for all the coordinating, which was considerable. Amy Tramill Povich for the yummy snacks Audrey Snyder for her fake cheese that she insists is made of cashews and was amazing whatever its made out of lol And to everyone that attended and helped in any way before, during and afterward to make it easy on me.
