I had a chat with a homeless man in soho park today, people had chosen not to sit next to him. So I took the seat on the bench and then his friend came over. They were selfless and asked questions about my life and when it came to their stories they were so blasé and ran over the fact that they had been made redundant. After being in the army, he couldnt find another job. But they didnt want to talk about that! Instead we spoke about angry birds, smartphones and life in general. They were very friendly and we were the people in the park laughing the loudest and smiling the most. People looked shocked that I was joking away with these two men that they regarded as societies lowest when really these two men appreciated a sunny day and were thankful for a conversation from me more than those judgemental people, I felt fully comfortable talking with them and it made my day! Never judge anyone, moral of the story
