I had a mean leg session the other day and thought I would share it with you so you can try it yourself! These are only working sets and do not include warms ups. For a straight set of 10-12 I would have worked up to my heaviest weight possible so this could be 3 sets but I only record the full working set . . > glute kick machine RP 8-10, 12-15 plus a drop set of half the weight continued with partials till failure > barbell Romanian deadlifts wide stance 15-20 reps with a drop set - movement performed slow with a good hamstring stretch and squeezing the glutes > Seated leg curl RP plus partials till failure > Leg press single leg wide 20 reps x1 set > Split smiths machine squat straight set 10-12 reps
