I had a really nice experience at the NTB at Hugh Howell & Mtn Ind. this weekend. I needed an oil change and tire rotation. They gave me an estimated completion time range. I came back at the end of that range. They had just started on my car, so I just stayed and waited. It was probably another 45 minutes before complete. As I went to pay, the guy tells me its on them. Since I had to wait longer than they had suggested, they did not charge me at all. I wasnt angry, frustrated or anything. He just did it because it was the right thing to do. And for that, they have my business indefinitely.
