I had a small debate with my dad the other day watching an Auschwitz documentary and he stated I hope Hitler got what was coming to him when he died. But I challenged him, what is justice and would he of known any better? The second Hitler is no longer living, his mind stops functioning. I then questioned how do you define justice for punishment? does a murderer who has killed one have the same sentence for someone who has killed 10? Where is the limit and who judges this? In some countries you can be put to death for stealing so does this mean the majority of people are going to hell?. I am a none believer in any form of after life or god. If it helps you get through life so be it but too many people ASSUME that someone is listening to them talk to themselves in their accent and language when you are using up time and of which time is killing you. Too many people seem to assume the mind continues when everything you learn in life is learnt and the moment that stops is the moment you leave earth forever. When it comes to religion there is an overwhelming amount of deluded people who believe what they like to believe and select parts to create a belief system in their MIND. Mind can take over ones self, I fail to understand how some people brought up into religious society and belief systems can not question everything that they are among. It is basic psychology that can link how you think to those who you are associated with. Even in the instance of friendship groups, you can develop similar traits and ideologys in the same way religion has a frightening affect on people.
