I had a very bad day today:( blue lost her entire litter? I spent the day delivering dead babies? I should have c- sectioned her yesterday ? My mistake? She was doing so well and the ultrasound showed healthy strong kittens yesterday ? Ok to wait and let nature take its place ? No need to go in on a c- section. ? By morning everything changed? All gone. :( ?? I made a fatal decision for this litter by not doing a c-section on her yesterday ? Dang I am felling pretty bad right now ! I really believed all was good when I chose to wait ? Never again ! The risk of c - section is far better than letting all the babies die ! I am just sick to death about this ! I thought I was doing the right thing ? Wrong ! I go to bed with a heavy heart tonight and I wish I had made a different decision yesterday ? There was no indication of threat to the mom or babies yesterday. ? It all changed overnight ? Dammit ! I feel like a failure ! I thought I was doing it right in bye best interest of mom and babies and in reality it was the wrong decision ? I go to bed tonight with a heavy heart ... I feel so fricking sad !
