I had a very slow 5 mile jog this morning. No problems with my hamstring today. Qaud was tight but thats being beasted by my physio on tuesday. He helps me to continue regular training without to many disruptions. Works for me anyway. Oddly enough the hardest part of my training these days isnt the running but the core excercises I do afterwards. The Plank is indeed a beast Amanda Parry but Im 3 weeks into doing them ;-)
