I had an interesting lesson, again, lol I heard something that I was listening too, I reacted to it, with fear, that means I resonated with the fear part of it. I noticed in my energy, this black round circle, I can see my own aura, and whats inside, it was this circle, thought forms are always circles, it was in my emotional body, I kept seeing it, and feeling it, it was a fear I had about something. I immediately stopped, what I was doing, sat down, and became more grounded, did my pillar of light, up and down, and then started the work, it took me about 10 minutes to remove the circle with the black, I did not push it away, I did not force it away, I accepted what it was, became peaceful , I transmuted it with the violet flame, very ancient technique, after doing the rainbow bridge clearing with the etheric Tornado. Now lets just say I was not doing clearing work, and I did not pay attention to my energy? that was a thought form that would have grown and kept going, it would have taken on a form, if it was fed by my fear, this is what some people call demons, I call them negative thought forms, they are not real, when you react to a fear, your thoughts start to create with in your energy....think about it...with love Renee.
