I had chance to attend advance customer service lecture, and here what I discover. The instructor categorized people and their characters by colors, called speed reading of people. Green people are adaptable, accomodating, collaborative and intimate. Yellow people are spontaneous, imaginative, conceptual and sociable. Blue people are observing, evidence based, practical and reliable. Red people are logical, purposeful, competitive and love taking charge. So based on that, I have some green, yellow, blue and red, and I decided to categorize myself purple.
