I had faced harrassment on 26, 27, and 28th May 2013 by the Sudanese Embassy Security and the Egyptian National Security. Theycalled me and threatened me with death or imprisonment forever, as well as others from the Sudan Center in Egypt will face the same fate. At the same time, they let me hear someone being tortured or beaten over the phone line. Then I went to the lawyer, Mohamed Bayoumi, Director of the Egyptian Federation for Refugee Rights (EFRR). When I told him what happened, he asked if they wrote everything in the report. I told him I need to open a case against the Sudanese security and the Egyptian National Security. I gave him the phone number of the caller who threatened me, and asked him to get the court to investigate the caller. The Sudanese security elements and Egyptian National Security raided my apartment on 06/01/2013 Saturday at 3 pm Cairo time. I was in outside with Abdullah Hanzal, and a neighbor called me and said the apartment doors had been broken and all four doors inside were also broken. The security men took all the files and reports of Sudan Center for Contemporary Research and those belonging to the Coalition for Organ Failure Solutions (COFS.org), including 24 videos that have not been shown before. They also took 75 videos of victims of organ trafficking in the Middle East, 4 flash drives, and previously unpublished reports of organ trafficking cases, as well as trafficking in human beings between Sudan and Egypt and other countries in the Middle East. On 06/01/2013 at six in the evening I, Bashir Sulaiman, went to the police station to file a complaint. AboklamJarallenby andYahia Adam, my roommates, also came because they also had items taken. They had also taken Yahia’s passport and refugee status card. When we tried to open the police report, the secret police took me to the second floor to interrogate me about the activities of the Sudan Center and COFS. The secret police said, “Your two organizations are working against Egypt, and your reports are going to be used against Egypt as a country and bring a bad reputation to Egypt.” The secret police tried to investigate with me about everything about organ trafficking, fundraising and funding, and wanted to know where is the material, the reports of the Sudan Center &of COFS. We asked the police to open separate complaints for each of us, but they refused. They only agreed to open one complaint in the name of AbuklamJarallenby, although his passport is expired. So they mixed the reports together. A week later I went to Nasr City Court in the District VII, on the sixth floor, the office of the secret police, by their order. When I arrived, they directly took me to the office of the secret police and then began to investigate me, about who took the videos and where I got them, and who pays for the work, and what is your exact name, and so on. They said they know, but we want to know more, because you are an enemy of Egypt.
