I had good news today from my oncologist; she says my bc tumor is now half the size it was when I first started chemo, and she nor my surgeon can feel the cancerous lymph nodes now! I had my fourth A/C infusion today. She was going to start me on weekly taxol, but has changed to an every three week infusion of docetaxel because of the danger of neuropathy which I already have from having diabetes for 15 years. The damage could be irreversible, so my chances are better with this drug. (I no longer have diabetes due to my gastric bypass surgery two years ago, but still have neuropathy in my feet.) I am rejoicing with this good news!!! Love, Jo
