I had great intentions of opening today, I really did. My sweet lady at home had other plans. I have really had a rough patch these past few days. I am better today than yesterday but I still have some improving to do. All I want when I walk into the little shack is to serve good, fresh , hot food with a SMILE. While I might have been able to cook up some good food ( oh, I would have ) - it might not have come out the window with a smile. I have decided to take the rest of the weekend off and as you know I am always closed on Monday. I WILL be back on Tuesday to feed you. Things like this happen. I hate it, we all hate it ~ BUT, with customers like I have I have no doubt this little set back will be behind me in no time. Folks, if you have driven out to eat and I wasnt there ..I am truly sorry. It is a one man show out there- BUT I have some help coming and I continue to do all I can to put our customers first. I better listen to the boss lady who only wants me well and take the rest of the weekend to continue improving. I thank each of you - and we will be seeing each other soon. God Bless!
