I had my first guitar lesson tonight! I bought an acoustic guitar for $125 plus a $5 case from this Olympia guitar store after my lesson in small upstairs attic closet above the store in 4th Avenue. The guitar has a hand written price tag with the phrase Famous Owner. Its owner was the guitarist from a 90s Seattle band Young Fresh Fellas who has been selling his guitar collections over the years to this local guitar store. For the longest time the store didnt know this guys music history; he was just an old dude selling guitars for cash. After the lesson and the purchase, I was feeling really conspicuous carrying a guitar down 4th Ave when someone recognized and stopped me. He says: Whats Chris Richardson doing with a guitar on the street! Wow! Ok, my finger tips really hurt from playing these cords for only a 1/2 hour. I want my first gig to be at the Brotherhood or Clipper in about 2 years! Lol
