I had purchased Par Avenue Good Morning Mega Pack Freshness Deo from batch number B.050 with manufacturing month 05/2014 and use before month 08/16 printed on the can. In the same I found that aerosol percentage was on higher side which gave me breathing problem while spraying by holding the can at 20cms distance from my body. Initially I lodged a compliant about this on 05.12.2014 to their quality control department to which there was no response from them. Now after continuous follow-ups their customer care informs me that do not use the deo any further and when asked for replacement they say that they give replacement only if the product is found faulty or defective. I fail to understand their definition of faulty or defective product because inspite of spraying from a distance of 20cms after shaking the can well if I get a breathing problem due to excess aerosol contents then is the product faulty/defective or not?
