I had seen a few mentions of this video in my newsfeed before clicking on it and because Im not a huge fan of videos I wasnt sure about pressing play. For personal reasons I love this video because I have a soft spot for Taylor Swift and yes it made me cry. For business reasons I thought this was a great video because its a great example of one of the ways we can tell our story - through video and being ourselves in business. The second part is a reminder that to be successful we need to get to know our people. Can you imagine getting a gift that is from one of your icons? We all want to feel like we matter.
