I had sent an email to Insurance adviser of L&T but no revert and i came to know that my claim is approved but surveyor & insurance company are not able to given claim due to shortage of money................. POOR COMPANY AND cheater Employee Beware of L & T Insurnace chor & cheater pvt ltd Hi Neeraj as my car was met with an accident on 27th and i was not aware that radiator was got damaged and next day i visit to service center for my cars regular service and i had also informed to service adviser that radiators fan is noise loudly and in evening i got call from service center that radiator of your car is completely damaged and problem cannot be fixed with change this, and due to it was an accident case so i asked them for insurance claim and then they advised me to submit documents on Monday and then they will register the claim with insurance company and i did the same. When survey was going on then i again got call and surveyor was checking that i had driven car itself of taken by crane, and obviously i had driven and also stated that, After 10 days i came to know that my claim is rejected then i had approached to my insurance service provider and he had help me to sort out the problem and then after two-three day i got information that only bumper & fog light is approved but radiator will not be claimed from insurance company. I want to know that when 02 parts can be claimed due to accidental damaged then why not third?
