I had several interesting things happen today including not having any heat. The most important was I finally after weeks of trying got a live person at United Health Care to find out why after they paid a bill in March they decided to bill it in Dec. as it turns out the 33 minute wait to get a live person may have been worth it, they indicated Baptist South over charged and I should not be charged they also checked Jimmys bill I have been paying on each month from May and said the same thing that I should not be charged and I should get a refund for what I have paid. I know Baptist South has probably helped a lot of people and I know they probably have saved a lot of lives they just didnt save the one I needed them to save and now I find out they just continue to cause pain. As hard as I try I cant forgive and forget.
