I had such a joyful moment yesterday after Mass. The young couple in the pew behind me had an infant carrier; I took a peek and saw an absolutely beautiful baby boy - Anthony. To say Anthonys parents were beaming is a vast understatement. Anthony was all of three days old and had just joined this new family as an adopted baby. Anthonys Grandmother was in the pew, too, having flown in from a distant city to meet her new grandbaby. The feelings of joy and hope and love and goodness were so incredible that they are with me still today. As long as there are such good and loving families in this world, the future is bright!
