I had the BEST weekend. Seriously, by the time I was packing up to leave, I was literally speechless. Silenced by elation. Chris, Jess, and Greyson were the most wonderful hosts. Jess spent the better part of 18 hours baking me a Paleo Birthday Cake, a Paleo dinner, and Paleo Birthday Banana Bread. De-Lish. Chris father was cool enought o lend us his AR and AK and we spent about 2 hours shooting the SH*T out of this target, and we quite seriously TORE IT UP. I took leslie off-roading in her new Xterra, and it delivered. Steep Grade, No Prollem. David and Papper were awesome bunkmates for the weekend! We had some seriously silly adventures and Papper even gave Sampson an award (Your Awesome at being HUGE!!!! Congratulations!!!!)!!! Trent and Haley and the kids brought the fun in full effect. Even got to meet the tortoise... he is a dinosaur. Travis and his girlfriend were a delight to see as always. I got super drunk on apple pie and coined the phrase Lumbering Sack of Moonshinin Goofball. ... and my woman... My Sweet, Beautiful, Time Travellin Warrior-High Priestess woman... What a badass woman. She and Jess organized this shindig for me with perfection. Thank you to all who attended and sent me the birthday wishes. You all were there with me. This is going to be a good year, I say I say...
