I had the good fortune to win a short term membership in one of the fanciest fitness centers in town. I decided to use this opportunity to ramp up my current exercise schedule by adding in some classes there. It is a pretty fancy place used by the wealthy and pro athletes. There are two saline swimming pools, huge cardio room, weight room, lots of trainers, fitness room, yoga room, saline hot tub in the ladies room, free towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, deoderant, mouthwash, sterilized hair combs, ladies sauna, steam room, cafe and a pretty extensive class schedule. Today I went to Doras weight training class in the morning, then tonight I went to the other place and worked out on the elliptical, exercise bike, weighted hula hoop then went in the hot tub, then showered and got all clean and pretty.
